2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (additional fees apply)
- Processing time: 1-2 business days before dispatch
3. Customs & Import Duties
Important notes for international customers:
- All applicable duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility
- These fees are not included in your order total
- Contact your local customs office for rate information
4. Order Tracking
You’ll receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number

5. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship:
- To PO Boxes or military addresses
- Certain oversized items internationally
